02Cookie categories
We group cookies into four categories:
- Essential — needed to deliver the website securely and to respect the choices you make. They do not require consent and cannot be switched off in our settings, although you can block them in your browser.
- Preference — remember choices that change how the website looks or behaves. Our language and theme cookies store a setting only after you actively choose it, in order to deliver the setting you asked for, so we classify them as essential.
- Analytics — help us understand performance and which content is useful. Our analytics are first-party and cookieless, and run only with your consent.
- Marketing — used to measure campaigns or personalize advertising, often by third parties. None are active unless named in the vendor list below, and any that are named run only with your consent.
04Cookieless analytics
With your consent, the website measures performance and interaction using first-party, cookieless measurement. It records page views, web-vitals metrics that describe loading speed, responsiveness and layout stability, and product-exploration events such as opening a technology page, selecting a market in an illustration, changing language or theme, or starting and completing a form.
Measurement never captures form contents or anything you type. Although it does not use cookies, it still processes information about your visit, so it does not start until you opt in and it stops as soon as you withdraw consent. How long measurement data is kept is described in the privacy policy.
05Marketing technologies
No marketing cookies, advertising pixels or similar technologies are active on this website unless they are named in the vendor list. A listed technology loads only after you consent to the marketing category and stops loading as soon as you withdraw that consent. Cookies it has already stored remain in your browser until they expire or you delete them.
06Vendor list
This website does not use third-party cookie, advertising or analytics providers. If that changes, each provider will be listed here with its purpose, category, cookie names and durations before its technology is used.
If no vendor is listed, no third-party cookie or similar technology is in use. We update the list before a new technology is introduced and ask for your consent again when a new vendor requires it.
07Giving and withdrawing consent
On your first visit, the consent banner lets you accept or reject each non-essential category, and rejecting is as easy as accepting. Non-essential technologies do not run before you choose, and refusing them never limits your access to content.
You can review, change or withdraw your consent at any time through Cookie settings in the website footer. Changes apply immediately to the pages you view afterwards; withdrawal does not affect measurement that took place before it.
Your choices are kept in the orbitra-consent cookie for 12 months. We ask again when it expires, when you clear your cookies, or when we introduce a category or vendor that requires new consent.
08Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a refusal of analytics and marketing for that browser, and Cookie settings reflect that choice. Where the law recognizes Global Privacy Control as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data, we honor it as such. Essential cookies keep working, because the website cannot operate securely without them.
09Controlling cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you view, block and delete cookies and offer private browsing modes. Settings apply to each browser and device separately, and your browser’s help pages explain how to use them.
If you block essential cookies, forms may not submit and the website cannot remember your language, theme or consent choices, so the consent banner may appear on every visit.
10Changes and contact
We revise this policy whenever the cookies or similar technologies used on the website change; the version shown on this page is the one that applies. Questions about cookies can be sent to hello@orbitraone.com, and the privacy policy explains how we handle personal data more generally.
