Company
The market operating system for the next financial era.
ORBITRA ONE™ builds one network in which professional trading, intelligent automation, sovereign settlement and an open digital economy work as a single system — with one identity, one risk view and one settlement truth.

Mission
Every market. Every strategy. One settlement truth.
Markets are split across broker terminals, crypto venues, bot platforms and application silos, each with its own account, risk model and ledger. Orbitra removes those borders, so that access, automation, ownership and settlement belong to one coherent experience.
What we build
Three systems. One operating system.
Orbitra Prime is the trading and market-intelligence experience across desktop, web, mobile and institutional APIs. Orbitra L1 is the sovereign, non-EVM-native Layer 1 that executes and finalizes financial state deterministically. Orbitra Realm is the open ecosystem for payments, tokenization, identity, AI agents, data and applications.
They are not separate products joined by integrations. A position opened in Prime, a contract running on L1 and an application built in Realm share one identity, one risk view and one settlement truth.

Operating principles
Five principles decide how we build.
- 01Determinism
- The same inputs produce the same fills, risk verdicts and state on every validator. A market that can be replayed can be modeled, supervised and trusted.
- 02Verifiability
- Orders, strategy versions and agent actions leave signed evidence. Performance, reputation and settlement can be reconstructed rather than taken on trust.
- 03Policy-bound automation
- AI agents and algorithms act only within explicit limits on capital, loss, leverage, markets and time — and one command revokes every permission.
- 04Privacy
- VaultID proves eligibility with credentials instead of passing documents between services. Data collection is limited to what each purpose requires.
- 05Open ecosystem
- Developers, operators, issuers and contributors build on the same primitives the core markets use, and take part in the economics their work supports.
Regulators and partners
Built to be examined.
Financial infrastructure earns trust by being inspectable. Our approach to regulators and supervisors is direct: explain the system at the level of mechanism, answer questions with evidence, and build controls such as eligibility, surveillance, jurisdiction rules and custody governance into the protocol rather than around it.
Partners — liquidity providers, custodians, issuers and application builders — connect through the same documented interfaces and permission model as every other participant. Which products a participant can use depends on their jurisdiction and eligibility.
- Controls designed into the protocol
- Jurisdiction-aware access through VaultID
- Signed records that support supervision and reconciliation
- Documented interfaces for every partner
