Status
Service status, stated plainly.
This page shows the current health of the services behind the ORBITRA ONE™ website and where network and trading status is published. It reflects checks made as you view it, not a historical uptime record.
Current status
Service components.
Each component is checked independently. A problem in one does not imply a problem in the others.

Coverage
What this page can and cannot tell you.
A status report is only useful when its limits are clear.
- MeasuredWebsite and forms
- Checked directly by this website, so the result reflects the moment you view the page.
- ReportedNetwork and trading
- Published through the operator’s status integration. When that integration is not configured or not reachable, the component says so instead of showing a guessed status.
- Not coveredThird-party services
- Wallets, custodians, external networks and other services outside our control publish their own status. Cross-chain routes are governed separately by GateMesh.
Incident updates
How incidents are communicated.
Updates for the website and forms are published on this page. Updates for network and trading services are published through the operator’s status integration and appear here when it is connected.
- 01
Identified
Monitoring or a report shows that a component is not working as expected.
- 02
Acknowledged
The affected component and the scope of impact are stated, with any known workaround.
- 03
Updated
Progress is published as the investigation continues, until the cause is understood.
- 04
Resolved
The component returns to normal status once recovery has been confirmed.
Security-related incidents may be disclosed in coordination with affected parties and researchers; see responsible disclosure.
Questions
Reading this page.
What the checks mean, and what to do when something looks wrong.
Why does a component show no status?
Network and trading status appears only when the operator’s status integration is configured and reachable. Without it, the component shows that no status is reported rather than guessing.
Is this a record of uptime?
No. The page shows current checks, not historical availability figures.
The website works, but my form does not submit. What should I do?
Check the forms component above. If it reports normal operation, write to hello@orbitraone.com with the page and the time of your attempt. Never include passwords or personal documents.
How do I report a problem that is not shown here?
Write to hello@orbitraone.com with what you saw, the page or service involved and the time it happened. Suspected security issues go to the security team instead.
Reach the right team.
For account and access questions, contact support with the page, the time and what you saw. For suspected vulnerabilities, report privately to the security team.
