Net Outcome System

More of the result stays with you.

Every trade has two halves: the market outcome, which is yours, and the costs between the market and your account, which are ours to engineer. Orbitra measures each controllable cost, reduces it by design and publishes how the reduction is verified.

  • Execution protection
  • Progressive rescue
  • Carry optimization
  • Published methodology

The equation

Net result is what survives the costs.

Illustration: A horizontal equation. Trading P&L enters from the left and passes through six cost fields — spread, slippage, fees, funding, borrow cost and liquidation loss — each visibly taking its share, and the remainder resolves into the net result on the right. Selecting a field explains what drives that cost and which Orbitra system reduces it. The proportions are illustrative and never represent a guaranteed gain.

Controllable cost

Spread

The distance between the best bid and the best ask at the moment you cross the market.

Reduced by

ApexMatch — native depth, firm quotes from market makers and a protected auction compete for every eligible order.

Spread

Trading P&L. The market outcome of your decisions. Direction and size are yours, and no platform can guarantee them.

Net result. What remains after controllable costs. It can still be negative: market risk stays with you.

Illustrative proportions, not a forecast · Select a field to see what drives it

Net result = trading P&L − spread − slippage − fees − funding − borrow cost − liquidation loss. Select any cost field to see what drives it and which Orbitra system reduces it. Proportions are illustrative.

Controllable and uncontrollable

What a platform can change, and what it cannot.

Direction, timing and size belong to the trader. Everything between the decision and the settled position belongs to the venue — and each of those costs has an owner inside Orbitra.

  1. 01

    Spread and slippage

Reduced by competing candidate prices and a published reference check in ApexMatch.

  2. 02

    Fees

Published in advance, with maker rewards that pay for quality liquidity rather than volume alone. See AlphaStack.

  3. 03

    Funding and borrowing

Compared across structures before you commit, in the Carry Optimizer.

  4. 04

    Liquidation loss

Contained by the progressive rescue sequence, where the backstop is the last layer, not the first.

  5. 05

    Market direction

Not controllable. No system, policy or automation can make an outcome certain, and Orbitra never claims otherwise.

  6. 06

    Your risk decisions

Size, leverage and holding period stay with you. Aegis shows their consequences before you commit.

Evidence

How a claim becomes a published number.

  1. 01

    Define

Each measure has one written definition, an eligible population and a reference source.

  2. 02

    Measure

Eligible trades are measured against the published benchmark at execution time, not reconstructed later.

  3. 03

    Exclude

Exclusions are declared in advance — halted markets, self-crossing and non-eligible order types.

  4. 04

    Aggregate

Results are aggregated by the published rule, with the population size shown beside every figure.

  5. 05

    Review

Every figure carries its review status, so an internal measurement is never presented as an independent one.

The complete rules are in the Net Outcome Index methodology.

Questions we expect.

Does a better net outcome mean I will be profitable?

No. Reducing controllable costs improves the arithmetic of every trade, but the market outcome remains uncertain and can be negative. See the risk disclosure.

Is Execution Protection insurance against losses?

No. It is a defined policy that credits a verified difference when an eligible order executes materially outside its published protected benchmark because of an Orbitra-controlled failure, subject to eligibility, exclusions and caps. How it works.

Are the numbers on these pages live?

No. Interactive examples use clearly labeled illustrative assumptions, and market-quality modules render demonstration data until production measurement is published.

Can I see the cost of a position before I take it?

Yes. Every market page shows the complete cost of holding for a period you choose, and Aegis previews margin and liquidation distance before you confirm.
