Opportunities

Separated by risk, not by headline.

Orbitra connects several ways to participate in one account and one value ledger. They do not carry the same risk, and presenting them as one number would be dishonest — so they are grouped by what you actually put at risk, with the principal risks and eligibility stated on each.

  • Four risk groups
  • Twelve channels
  • Stated principal risks
  • No guaranteed returns

One ledger

Different sources, one accounted result.

Illustration: A circular flywheel of six stages: trading generates liquidity and fees, applications generate demand, contributors earn rewards, security deepens through stake and service, intelligence improves through data and models, and adoption grows — which returns activity to trading.

Every channel settles into the same value ledger, where accrued value and settled value are shown separately. Value is marked settled only when it references a transition finalized by QSE.

Risk groups

What you are actually exposed to.

01

Market risk

Your capital takes market direction: active trading, copy portfolios and strategy royalties tied to performance.

02

Provision risk

Capital is committed to supply a market or secure a network: maker rewards, liquidity vaults, staking and validator services.

03

Operational work

You are paid for work and infrastructure rather than exposure: compute provision, data contribution and bot licensing.

04

Commercial activity

Revenue from building and referring inside the ecosystem: application commerce and the qualified referral network.

Twelve channels

Each channel, with its source of value, principal risks and eligibility.

01Active tradingTrading your own capital across every market in one portfolio.

Returns come from your decisions, executed through ApexMatch with protection against controllable costs.

Source of value

Market outcomes on your own positions.

Principal risks

Full market risk, including loss of capital. Leverage magnifies losses and positions can be liquidated.

Eligibility

Subject to account approval, jurisdiction and product availability.

02Maker rewardsRewards for quoting liquidity that improves a market.

Paid against measured quality — spread, depth, uptime and behavior in stress — rather than raw volume.

Source of value

A published share of taker fees and market-quality programs.

Principal risks

Inventory and adverse-selection risk; rewards vary with measured quality and can fall to zero.

Eligibility

Open to accounts meeting the quoting requirements of a market.

03Liquidity vaultsCommitting capital to a segregated market-making mandate.

The Orbitra Liquidity Vault provides inventory to markets under a published mandate and risk limits.

Source of value

Trading and rebate income of the vault, net of its losses and costs.

Principal risks

Principal risk, valuation uncertainty, possible lockups and gates, and operator authority over positions. Not a deposit.

Eligibility

Subject to eligibility checks, jurisdiction and vault capacity.

04Network stakingSecuring Orbitra L1 by staking to validators.

Stake supports QSE consensus, where economic security and verified work decide finality.

Source of value

Protocol rewards for securing the network.

Principal risks

Slashing for validator faults, unbonding periods and token price risk.

Eligibility

Open to holders able to delegate under network rules and local law.

05Strategy royaltiesPublishing a strategy others may deploy.

Strategies earn authority through the evidence standard, which also sets capacity and risk tier.

Source of value

Subscription and performance-linked royalties from deployments.

Principal risks

Performance decay, capacity limits and reputational exposure. Past behavior does not predict future results.

Eligibility

Requires a signed evidence record and acceptance of the publisher terms.

06Copy portfoliosProviding a portfolio others copy at their own risk budget.

Followers copy a normalized risk profile through social trading, not raw position size.

Source of value

Performance fees on follower results, under published rules.

Principal risks

Follower execution differs, drawdowns reduce fees, and provider ranking depends on risk-adjusted measures.

Eligibility

Requires account history, risk limits and disclosure acceptance.

07Bot marketplaceLicensing automation to other accounts.

Bots run inside Cortex policy limits on the licensee’s own account and permissions.

Source of value

Licence fees and usage-based charges.

Principal risks

Model failure, changing market regimes and support obligations. Licensees can revoke permissions at any time.

Eligibility

Requires a published evidence record and marketplace terms.

08Data contributionContributing verified data to the network.

Contributions pass Prism normalization and confidence scoring before they are used.

Source of value

Payments for accepted, verified contributions.

Principal risks

Contributions may be rejected; rewards depend on measured quality and demand.

Eligibility

Requires a verified contributor credential through VaultID.

09Compute provisionSupplying compute for AI workloads in the ecosystem.

Capacity is matched to agent and application workloads in Orbitra Realm.

Source of value

Payment for delivered, verified compute.

Principal risks

Hardware and energy costs, utilization risk and service-level obligations.

Eligibility

Open to operators meeting the technical and availability requirements.

10Validator servicesOperating a validator under QSE.

Validators propose, validate and serve state; verified work is part of the reward.

Source of value

Protocol rewards and service income from delegation.

Principal risks

Slashing, infrastructure cost, downtime penalties and key-management responsibility.

Eligibility

Requires hardware, operational maturity and acceptance into the validator set.

11Application commerceBuilding and selling applications on the network.

Applications settle payments, subscriptions and asset flows natively in Orbitra Realm.

Source of value

Revenue from your own products and services.

Principal risks

Ordinary business risk: demand, competition, support and regulatory obligations.

Eligibility

Open to developers accepting the platform terms.

12Qualified referral networkIntroducing qualified participants to the network.

Rewards track qualified, retained activity rather than sign-up counts.

Source of value

A published share of fees generated by referred activity.

Principal risks

Rewards depend on the referred account’s activity and can be withdrawn for abuse.

Eligibility

Subject to jurisdiction, disclosure rules and the referral terms.

No channel promises a return.

Each has independent economics and its own risks, several put principal at risk, and outcomes vary with market conditions, strategy and discipline. Read the risk disclosure and, for vaults and staking, the digital-asset disclosure.

Choose by risk, then by return.
