The Sovereign Market Intelligence Network

ONE NETWORK.INFINITE MARKETS.

Professional trading, intelligent automation, deterministic settlement and an open digital economy — engineered as one system.

A central illuminated sphere — the ORBITRA ONE™ core — surrounded by inclined orbital paths. Abstract structures representing spot markets, derivatives, FX, commodities, tokenized assets, AI agents and applications travel on those orbits, connected to the core by thin lines of data light.

The Orbitra universe

Trading platform. Sovereign blockchain. Open economy.

Three systems operate as one. You experience one account, one risk view and one economic identity; underneath, the architecture separates trading, settlement and ecosystem growth so each can be engineered for its job.

Illustration: Orbitra Prime, Orbitra L1 and Orbitra Realm orbit one central settlement core. Prime sends orders and intent into the core and receives a unified risk view; L1 provides deterministic finality and parallel execution; Realm connects identity, tokenized assets and application commerce to the same settlement truth.

Full-capacity architecture

Designed for global market scale.

The performance envelope comes from parallel market lanes, compact deterministic execution and hardware-aware validation — an end-to-end property, not a single benchmark.

The end of fragmented trading

One control plane for everything you trade, automate and build.

The industry separates the trader from the full opportunity. Orbitra collapses execution, risk, automation, custody choice, settlement, rewards and application access into one coherent experience.

Illustration: On the left, four separate systems — broker terminals, crypto venues, bot platforms and DeFi applications — each with its own gap. Their lines converge into a single ORBITRA ONE™ control plane, which then fans out into four unified guarantees: every market in one portfolio, every strategy in one risk engine, every reward in one value ledger and every application in one identity.

Net Outcome System

More of the result stays with the user.

Your result is trading P&L minus everything that stands between the market and your account: spread, slippage, fees, funding, borrowing and liquidation loss. Orbitra measures each one and engineers the system to reduce it. The market outcome itself remains yours.

Illustration: A horizontal equation. Trading P&L enters from the left and passes through six cost fields — spread, slippage, fees, funding, borrow cost and liquidation loss — each visibly taking its share, and the remainder resolves into the net result on the right. Selecting a field explains what drives that cost and which Orbitra system reduces it. The proportions are illustrative and never represent a guaranteed gain.

ApexMatch execution protection

Every eligible order competes for price.

Before an eligible order executes, ApexMatch compares native book depth, firm market-maker quotes and a protected price-improvement auction against a published reference price, then fills at the lowest expected all-in cost and issues a receipt.

Illustration: A signed order sits at the centre. Candidate prices arrive at the same moment from the native order book, from firm market-maker quotes and from a protected price-improvement auction, and a reference-price ring checks each one for market quality. ApexMatch selects the candidate with the lowest expected all-in cost and issues an execution receipt that records the benchmark, the candidates, the decision, the fees and the finality proof.

Execution Protection is a defined policy, not general insurance: when an eligible order executes materially outside its published protected benchmark because of an Orbitra-controlled failure, the verified difference is credited, subject to eligibility, exclusions, tolerance and caps. It never protects against market losses. See how it works and the risk disclosure.

Aegis

Risk is simulated before capital is committed.

Aegis continuously maps collateral, Greeks, concentration, liquidity, correlation and liquidation paths across every account and market. Hover a dimension to see how a change moves through the portfolio.

Illustration: A radial graph with Aegis at its center and six risk dimensions around it: collateral, volatility, liquidity, concentration, correlation and counterparty exposure. The shaded shape shows a portfolio’s current exposure; selecting a dimension shows how a change in it propagates to margin, limits and liquidation distance.

Inside the risk architecture

AlphaStack

A system built to expand opportunity.

Orbitra improves the variables a platform can control — access, cost, speed, automation, diversification, rewards and risk discipline. The result is a wider surface on which users create and capture value.

Illustration: Eight transparent value streams — trading, maker rewards, liquidity, staking, strategy royalties, bot licensing, data contribution and application commerce — flow along separate channels into one central portfolio engine, where each is accounted for independently.

01

Execution edge

Lower friction through transparent fees, competitive liquidity, routing and precise order control.

02

Capital edge

03

Intelligence edge

AI agents, strategy research and automated risk turn data into disciplined action.

04

Economic edge

Maker rewards, staking, royalties and ecosystem commerce return value to contributors.

Strategy evidence

Strategies earn authority through evidence.

A strategy moves from reproducible research to bounded live capital only by passing gates in order: point-in-time backtesting, out-of-sample validation, adverse execution simulation, shadow trading and capped deployment. Evidence — not a leaderboard — decides how much capital it may control.

Illustration: Two strategies enter the chamber and must pass five gates in order: a point-in-time backtest, out-of-sample validation, adverse execution simulation, shadow trading on live data without capital, and bounded live deployment. Strategy B stops at the out-of-sample gate and goes no further. Strategy A passes every gate and receives a signed evidence record with its version, capacity limit, risk tier and the comparison between simulated and realized behavior.

Liquidity network

Professional liquidity with visible quality.

Independent market makers, a segregated liquidity vault, capped treasury inventory and external hedge routes supply the market. Customer collateral and the protection fund stay separate and never fund market making. Quality is measured, published and used to vest incentives instead of raw volume.

Illustration: Four independent sources of liquidity — professional market makers, the segregated Orbitra Liquidity Vault, capped treasury inventory and external hedge routes — connect to ApexMatch, which serves the order book. Customer collateral and the protection fund sit inside their own segregated boundary, marked as never funding market making. A panel shows spread, depth by band, quote uptime and provider concentration using demonstration data.

  • Orbitra Liquidity Vault — A segregated vault with its own risk limits

Cortex intelligence

Automation with authority limits, evidence and an instant stop.

Every agent operates inside explicit permissions. Observe, reason, propose, simulate, authorize, execute — and at each gate, policy decides what may happen next.

Illustration: The governed agent loop: observe the market and portfolio, reason with a model ensemble, propose a trade intent, simulate it in Aegis, authorize it through the policy engine and execute it on ApexMatch. Eight policy gates surround the loop — capital, loss, leverage, markets, time, human confirmation, data sources and a one-command kill.

01

Research can be broad

Agents read markets, portfolios and approved data sources, test ideas and explain what they found — without touching capital.

02

Execution stays bounded

Capital, loss, leverage, markets, session and data limits are enforced by the policy engine. One command revokes every permission.
